I’ve had my coach at MGMGMC (Miguel Mendez) in southern California for some time having various work done. Miguel called me last week and said that he’s being evicted and that he had two weeks to get everything off the property. I’m picking up my coach probably today or tomorrow. The last time I saw Miguel, at his previous location, he had a bunch of coaches parked there. I’m not sure what he’s planning to do, he’s had to move several times in the past few years and I don’t know if he’s willing or able to do it again.

I spoke to him this week, he was so generous with his time. I'm hoping he finds me a good one to buy. Very knowledgeable.
I sadly had my coach with Miguel as well and unfortunately I had no idea what was going on. He stopped returning my calls around the 1st of the year and I just got a notice of a lien sale of my RV. It was going through a complete restoration and it is just a shell with 6 new rims and wheels. I paid him a large deposit and $5,000 for a new rebuilt engine which never arrived or was installed. I have all the parts to restore this coach and I'm going to have to start selling them off. I have everything from a new in box AC unit, flooring, new in box generator and lots of other parts I purchased from Applied GMC. Let me know if you need any parts. So disappointed in this whole process.

I’ve also met and test drove one in Late Feb. Met him at his house, he was generous with his time and showed my one that was for sale, he’d worked on for years. It drove well, but floorplan wasn’t what we wanted. I bought another and spoke to him regarding getting the work done to get it to him for a “go thru”. Good guy. I plan to take my new one to him to have him work on it. Makes me wonder if there’s another side to these stories here???
I have been trying to get my RV and keys from Miguel for a while now and he is not responding. Would appreciate any new phones he is answering. Thanks
