One way to do this is go to a rally and look at the coaches there ;>)

I think the next best is look at some of these PhotoPoint sites and see
what others have done and where they mount the Microwave or toaster ovens.

I dropped the upper cabinet, above the stove by 3 inches and put in
the microwave there. Works great and does not conflict with
oven/stove. Revised the exhaust to vent to side of microwave and
thus not below lip of upper cabinet. If you are interested, when (I
mean when) I get the coach back I can take some pics.

Dan, in my 1977 ex Palm Beach, we installed the micro under the cabinet
which is over the stove. I had the old exhaust fan removed and had the
cabinet cut down. the new microwave is suspended from the cabinet and has
an enclosure for cosmetic reasons. I had to drill a number of venting
holes under the enclosure so the micro could get rid of some heat.

In our case we don't bake cakes or roast turkeys so the oven under the
stove was removed which provided a huge stowage space. We also installed
a Wedgewood 2 burner stove, turned it 90 degrees and put a cover on it as
we seldom use that as well.

We do carry a toaster oven and we often cook on an outside gas cooker.
