Ok Microlevel is ready to go.
For those that don't know, it's a microprocessor based true heigh measuring ride height controller for the GMC motorhome.
It was developed for the GMC on the GMC and only for the GMC. It's not a hack of a generic solution.

It operates a lot like the stock systems and adds 3 new features.
1. Campground leveling. Push a button and it levels.
2. Push button height calibration. Since it uses a microprocessor and true height sensors, setting the ride height is just a few button presses, no mechanical adjustments.
3. RF remote, raise or lower either side from inside or outside the coach, great for dumping, changing tires or any other maintenance.

Cost is $895 USD

This is quite the impressive unit. I’m new to the forum and I’m sure you’ve been working on this for sometime congrats on the finished product. Couple quick questions.
What valve block are you using?
Aside from the control panel, what separates this leveling system from the big boys like Accuair elevel system? With there tech support and availability of products.
That being said I really like what you’ve done and can’t wait to see it in someone’s rig.

I started this project 4 years ago, I've been through 5 hardware design revisions and countless software improvements. I've been running this in one for or another all that time.

For the valve block I'm just using a set of 4 1/4 off the shelf valves
Here's a picture of my valve stack mounted on my JC4 plate.

It looks like it's designed for a single air compressor? Those of us with the EL11 with two air compressors would need to modify our systems to a
single compressor?

Scott I think the amount of compressors would be irrelevant. They both feed to one tank I’m guessing? There is still going to be a single feed line to the valves and then out to the bags.

Does the system know max height and minimum height?
I run my compressor tank around 170psi for quicker fills and to fill tires etc, what happens when I don't have enough travel on the airbag to reach
level at a campsite? Will it close the valves or just keep "trying" to level until the bags burst or the shock breaks?

According to the photo/ schematic there is no air tank, if I read it correctly. Just a single compressor.
We will have to wait for Keith to chime in. But a air tank with a couple hundred psi in storage would be a quick recovery!,

The 78 does not have a tank as they felt the two will raise the bags almost
as fast.

Hey Folks, Download and read what Kieth has posted. This thing is no silly toy. You will lose no functionality of the original system. There are a
lot of less that great parts that can be removed.

When you were talking at Elkhart, I didn't realize that you had a WHOLE system. My impression was that it was just a control board for the existing
solenoid valves. So, I was thinking it would be hard to adapt to my '73 because I don't have the EL1 valves. Well, if I had the EL1 valves, they
would be useless. There is a local person that when stripping the coach, took out the valve collection and gave it away. I have been avoiding said,
but now I will pass this along.

I’ve built air ride systems in other vehicles and two of my own always compressor to tank to valves. Keith’s system sounds great. Bringing our rigs into the 21st century is a wonderful thing.

The original design is for 1 compressor and 4 valves, but looking at the schematics I think it should be possible to use the Electrolevel I and II systems as is. I do need to, or find someone to test it of course. That hold solenoid is the biggest question. MicroLevel has 5 outputs, left up, left down, right up right down and compressor enable. worst case is I'd have to reconfigure them for the EL systems, but I'm betting we can be creative.

The air tank is optional, the system doesn't care if you have one or not as long as you get it compressed air somehow.

Justin, the system works just like PL, EL I and EL II. In manual mode none of these systems limit the height and no one has blown a shock leaving it in Raise. It's a non issue with the stock systems. But since you are running above the recommended pressure, so what happens now in manual mode??

My thought here is that a lot of people are running viair compressors, and a 480C will run 200+ PSI if left unchecked which is a recipe for disaster
with a 40 year old airbag. (for those still stock).
Pressure switch would prevent this obviously, but those fail. I just feel like (for me at least) the added convenience of "push camp mode and you're
done" is going to lead to me pushing the button then getting up to go check on something else and get distracted :d

I have height limit code and tested it, the problem is the user complexity it adds and for little benefit.
Running pressure so high you can break things is a bad idea and definitely not recommended with any system.

One feature that is on my todo list is to stop adjusting if no movement is detected, but thats a big mess there, the use cases have a lot of contradictions.

FWIW campground leveling is pretty fast, so it's not hard to watch it.
Also the LEDs flash annoyingly any time the system sees the height stop moving when it should be, so thats better than the stock system too.
