We live in Pawleys Island - 15 miles south of Lakewood. There is a new
Holiday Inn Express at Inlet Square Mall - 5 miles south of Lakewood.
There are also a Holiday Inn (843-238-4444) and a Days Inn (843-238-5601
in Surfside Beach. They are both ocean front, with the Days Inn next to
the Pier in Surfside. Surfside is about 3 miles from campground.
