I second that! My wife and I have owned our GMC for 2 1/2 years. With
proper maintenance, some carefully selected upgrades and, above all else,
the graciously provided wisdom of many on this GMCnet, we've traveled more
than 25,000 miles with but a few mechanical glitches despite my not being
able to even clean the windows.

Its important to keep in mind that these are classics, not your typical
mass produced, cut corners to maximize profits big rigs others are buying.
When we all chose GMCs, we did so knowing we were dealing with much envied
but old and complicated systems. Take good care of it and you will be
rewarded.
