Arch might be cheaper to let Mondello do the complete manifold. He has
a new process that will polish the inside of the manifold to increase
the
flow. Might be interesting to see how much it costs.

It's called extrude honing. A clay like medium with a specific
abrasive content
is forced through the manifold passages under extreme pressure. It does
an
incredible job of opening up and polishing the interiors of tight
passageways.
I believe the process is a spinoff from the aerospace industry. It is
expensive!!
A simple job of match porting the intake manifold gasket to the heap &
intake
ports yields excellent results & can be done by anoyne with a small
grinder.
Smoothing the head intake ports is not necessarily desirable as the
roughness tends
to add turbulance to the intake charge, which is good.
