Well just to keep things in balance here, and to remind all those who
are macerator "affectionasios" (sp),there is something to be said for
keeping things very simple, nonelectronic, quick to do the job, able to
totally empty the tanks, with no mess, no fuss and no effluent all over
the garage floor---just use aflexible 3" hose. Dump the black tank
first, then the grey tank to wash out the black tank and the hose. The
whole job done in about 5 minutes from hook up to put away. No need to
even get out the rubber gloves.

yes, I like my system. Why ? Because it works rain or shine, power or no
power, motor or no motor.

Have I convinced any of you? No most likely not. But just thought I
should tell you anyway.

There's something to be said for it alright. Some of it good. I'm strongly
considering plumbing with both a macerator and a gravity dump. Call me
paranoid, but I DON'T want to have "stuff" run on me again.

Ahh.. the infamous two tank set ups. Makes cleaning up easier. Wish I had
that on my Palm Beach.

There is that.

On the other hand, a gravity dump doesn't quite reach the 20' uphill to the
bathroom in my warehouse. The nearest real dump station is 12 miles away
and can only be used after normal working hours.
