Looking for place to do Honda GenSet install on next roadtrip

I'm hoping to take delivery of my EV6010 in Sacramento CA late Feb/early
March.

I'm going to remove the Onan prior to leaving home.

I'd really like to install it before getting back home as it'd be nice to
have it's use during the next trip instead of it taking up space inside as
freight.

I'm open to any suggestions as to a facility that might undertake it. By
facility I mean GMC shop, GMCer recommended shop, fellow GMCer with facility
and local 'connections', etc. etc. [g]

While somewhere in California is preferred, I'd consider anyplace
'en-route'. As early in the route as possible would of course be preferred.

Itinerary: Home --> Sacramento -- Stockton -- LA -- Dallas -- Home. No
adversion to detours to get the job done.

Open to all ideas and offers :-)

Thanks in advance
Heinz

I would recommend that you get in touch with Dale in Castell, Texas. I do
not have his phone number handy but he runs Sunshine General Store. I think
information should be able to find it. If all else fails you could call Ken
Toma in Fredricksburg, Texas and he will have Dale's phone number. Ken's
phone number can be found on the GMCMHI web site under service if I remember
correctly. His area code changed recently to 830 instead of 210. Neither
of these fellows have email. Some of the other GMCneters may have Dale's
phone number handy. I seem to have problems with my desktop computer and I
am currently operating from my laptop. I have published the number several
times on the net so if all else fails it could be found in the archives.
