I want to make a permanent connection at my home to provide full power to
the GMC coach. I have looked at the local home supply places (Lowes, etc)
but they do not have what I need. Does anyone know where the campgrounds buy
their electrical stuff?

Tom, I made up pig tail connectors if you will. Three Pin Twist. Two Pin
Household, etc. a 20 and 30 AMP. I can plug into anything, including Canada. It
might be worth your investment. I purchase all the extras at Home Base like
Home Depot. Make sure you get the weather proof connectors. They are not Cheap
but well worth it. Chuck

Tom
Try an electrical supply house. Most of the home supply places in my
area do not stock 30-50 amp 115v . They will have everything you need
including the appropriate breakers. They have weather proof boxes and
you can run the A/C in the summer is you use it for a guest house or if
you are working inside.

Tom,

Try Winfields on North Tryon in Charlotte. That's were I bought mine.
You might have trouble getting it this time of year. IIRC, it's a
seasonal item as most campgrounds wait until spring to do their
maintenance(according to the counter guy at Winfields). Also Campers
Choice has them for around $40 in either 30 or 50 amp.
