Never mind. I should have been looking at

Shows three wires at the galley light fixture. One (dark blue)goes to the house fuse block no 1 position, one (brown) goes to the galley light switch
and one (black) goes to ground. I don't know why one fixture black wire is hot all the time from the dark blue wire and the other black wire goes to
the switch. Also, seems like it wouldn't work at all with the white wire floating. Seems a PO has mucked with the wiring. I would need to do some
continuity and impedance checking on the fixture to figure out how it is supposed to work.
