Another great trip with Leaping Grasshopper
A short tune up trip, only about 30 to 40 miles each way but it does go
over my test track hill the Alamont Pass. Found the GMC connections to the
Toad lights were not working. Cell phone data connection would not call
the number I needed. Nice to get these little problems out of the way
before a larger trip.
I was gaining speed going over the pass at 65 mph and pulling Cricket. The
AF gauge showing that the TBI was keeping the mixture just right. Power
was excellent.
Had a little scare Sunday, big wind came up and dropped a limb about the
same size as the Grasshopper and missed us by about one foot. That was
really close. It was large enough to have pushed in the top... Phewwwwww.
We were all inside of the GMC at the time.
I think we are ready for the Ukiah rally in a week. Just a few small
changes to the rig and off we go.

Had a great time with the Grandkids for 3 days. The bunk beds were great
and they loved them.
GMCers Gary and Dianna came by to talk GMC and play with the kids.
