leaking trans

Emery,
Had mechanic check it out today. He said that leak was from the Speedometer
where it connected to the transmission. He said that I needed a new washer
similar to an "O" ring. Know where to get one or what to call it. Thanks

yep, yep, yep

I had this problem for two years , finally found a transmission guy that
found the seal problem in the spedo takeoff. read my description here:

changed the o rings several times and did not fix the problem...... was
this seal .

Any good tranny shop should be able to provide what you need. Tell them
it is for the GM 425 transmission used in FWD toranado/cadilac.
