Leaking new fire suppresion equipment

Johnny. I have reservations on getting parts from Bounds at this time. I'm not saying he's a bad vendor. But 3 years ago. I spent almost $500 ( As I recall on the amount. ) on fire suppression equipment from Bounds. It was about 3 months later in the GMC build that it was time to install them. One of them leaked down to zero on the gauge. while in the unopened box. So I called Bounds about the problem. He said that he had a problem with a sealent on some. He then said to send the leaking unit back with a check for $50. $25 to reseal/charge, and $25 for shipping back to me. Thus that ment that my total charges on a recharge of a new unit would be $75. Jim K at Applied sold the Bound's system to me. Jim K got wind of my problem. And took care of my problem at no cost to me. Bob Dunahugh

All due respect to venders.
Sometimes we do not take time to evaluate what transpired and how to
resolve a problem at hand.
I know there are several people I never got back to them to resolve a
problem as I misplaced the paperwork or some neglavhgence
