If folks are replying on the forum using a cell phone they may be hitting the -1 author rating accidentally. I find if I scroll on a cell phone I
sometimes hit the ignore button.
Hopefully someone can fix your karma as no one would rate you -3.

Personally, while the forum may have some good features, it would require
more of my time to monitor both. Same with those chat rooms like face book.
If I wanted to see how someone's grand kids were doing, they might hold
more interest for me. They wander off subject a lot. I will stick with the
gmcnet, for now.

I’m exclusively email based as well and it’s pretty obvious by reading the
posts I get that info is missing fairly frequently. Luckily, it sometimes
arrives above a response from someone whose email did come through.
