Having just received my Fall issue of the Western States bulletin and
their Tech. Centre section, and with a Fall Roundup coming up fast,
hosted by Al Chernoff in Albuquerque, it occured to me --I wonder how
many on this Net are members of this club?
For those who are not-I would encourage you to give some thought to it.I
have noticed that many of the questions which come up on the Net --have
all been addressed very well at the various Seminars put on by Western
States.
When we first got our GMC in 1992,I literally new beans about one.The
only thing I was sure about was I wanted one. I was lucky to get it home
from southern Arizona to BC with out much problem. But I fortunately
joined this club real quick,and have learned a lot at the many excellent
Seminars put on by GMC experts such as Wes Caughlan, Duane Simmons, Ken
Thoma and many others.
Some may think it is a club just for the West, but in looking over the
membership rostra, there are members from a wide geographic area,
although the majority are from western US and Canada.
As with the other clubs the requirements to join are FMCA membership and
have a GMC (or more if you can afford more toys like some)
This was the first club to be on the Internet with a web page.So why not
look it up, and consider joining?
If you're real quick,you still might be able to get to Al C's Balloon
Fiesta and be about coach 139++. He's got enough excitement, eating,and
learning to satiate your senses and keep you high till the year 2000.
