What is included in the kit and how much is it. How does it compare to one
of the souped up HEI distributers that several list?

Speaking of mileage. What is your gas mileage? I'm a new owner of a '76 Palm
Beach and don't drive that fast, but only seem to get about 7 MPH. Is that
normal?

No Emery. there are several manufacturers making souped up distributers for
the
olds engines, selling in example Summitt auto parts. A good remanufactured
distributer that is recurved for the GMC coach, new bushings, hot coil etc
is around $180. They are so hot that they will burn out regular wires.
Most use 8Mm silicon wires with them. Dick Paterson sells them at
http://www.webgate.net/~gmc/. He not only has a GMC motorhome but sells
engines trannys and the Springfield ignitions. I saw one of his souped up
distributers at a GMC rally and they were very nice.

I would like to know if any one has compared them?
