Vern,

SHE and I feel for you. During our return from Alaska in 2000, we were in
the same condition -- A/C failed. We had to wear swimsuits and drive
mostly at night to cross the "whole country" in August!

Stay hydrated. Hope it's just a ruptured hose that you can get replaced.

Any air conditioning shop can do the hose work and rechaege the unit.
Should they have any questions, have them call me
