Any one who is thinking about purchasing an inverter or charger in the
near future may be interested in the following.
Statpower, Trace, and Heart are now all one company. The Canadians take
over another one. They will be sharing technologies and combining
products to make better products in the future. This may be one of those
times where it will pay to wait. No time frame yet, and it may be a
couple of years before it will be beneficial, so, if you just can't
wait, buy now, but................ The parent company is called
Xantrex. Good stuff will be coming. And, no, I don't have shares or
any alterior motives. I was interested and thought I would pass it

Hmmm, maybe I'm a bit of a cynic, but since those three are the only
manufacturers of decent inverters and chargers, I think I see higher
prices in the future...

Pessimistic or what. You have to have some faith. We're not talking about
Micro-Soft here. Besides, Canadians aren't like that.:) Darren
