Guys,

Are there any tricks or tools that I can use to remove the interior window trim? I would like to remove the windows before I have it painted.

Thanks again,
Tom

Bob,

Thank you for the information on not removing the Coachman windows. I will make sure they do a supreme job of taping.

I would still like to remove and paint the interior trim in high gloss with a flex additive. Is there any tip for the same?

Tom,
If you're referencing the "somewhat white" vinyl trim moulding used on the inside of the Royale's windows, we have the same trim. When we did the
interior gutting and remodel of our '78, we just cleaned the vinyl with lacquer thinner, and then gave it a coat of the color we wanted using SEM
Color Coat. Absolutely no problem with flexing the vinyl after painting.
SEM also makes matching paint to certain GM and other brands, so you can also use it on the seats without any problem. We replaced our seats with a
couple '07 Cadillac SRX seats from a Mens Mall , and redid the dash to match the seat color from SEM. HTH.

Thank you John,

I think, based on your and others recommendations, I will use SEM on the Dash and trim as well.

Thank you for sharing your experience.

Take care,
