Randy,

These emails, and those I'll forward next, are the latest discussion I
found on GMCNet about insurance; I hope they'll be useful in your search.

I enjoyed our conversation today; we'll have to resume it later. The
friends, whose car my wife damaged in our driveway yesterday, were
anxiously awaiting the damage estimates I'd gotten on that car. A dented
driver's door on a 2011 Corolla: $1365 or $1050.

My operation on 30 November was for removal of the lower left lobe of my
lungs because of a small patch of non-small cell squamous cell carcinoma.
Last Friday I had the final (for 6 months) follow-up with my surgeon at
Emory. Excellent report. They're sure he got all of the cancer with no
spreading. My pains are trivial, really, just some continual ache across
the top of my chest which can be expected to persist for a while. I've
been off of all pain medications for almost a week, so I'm sure I'm
suffering less than you do always.

Let me hear from you.

Justin,

I have full coverage insurance with State Farm.

My '73 23' Canyonlands is $231.12 per year.

My 26' '77 ex-Eleganza is $285.00 per year.

The '73 23' Sequoia I lost due to fire was less than $200 per year..
