install electronic ignition is posted. I gave a presentation in
Albuquerque last fall (Mr. Al C's Rally)on how to modify the Onan
electronic ignition kit (EIK) so it can be installed on the Onan "Power
Drawer" series used on all GMCs. You can install the EIK on both the
early Onans, with the points you adjust from the side, and the later
Onans with the points you adjust from the top. The description on how to
modify and install the EIK is posted on the GMC Western States Club web
site as "Tech Center Number 27". You can also view the
same info on Gene Fisher's web page. If you have any question after
