Info on GMC

There is a GMC that kinda looks abandoned at Dilly Docks near Grand Lake, CO. Sort of a coffee brown. It looks to be abandoned. It takes a hood key to open the hood so I couldn't get to the TZE number. CO license plates 009 BMY, last licensed in '16. Has a decal on the side "XPB Custom". Anybody know what that is?
