I'm SO glad I own a GMCMH

You know how sometimes you follow a YouTube rabbit hole and end up in a totally unexpected places...
Well, after one of these "Alice In Wonderland" rabbit hole trips, I came across the video where they proudly show how they build (or should I say slap
together) modern travel trailers. Watching that clip my hair stood on the back of my neck. I could not believe how poorly these things are built. I
will never look the same way at the travel trailers when going past them on the road. It sure makes me feel good to own a 40+ yo GMCMH. Here is the

It looks like the employees were running. No glue on the wood joints.
My granddaughter and her hubby bought a Jayco trailer. I was looking in the storage areas
and could see the supports for the bed. Skinny little pieces of wood that were coming apart
because of only one staple. The roof sprung a leak soon after they bought it.
A real POS.

I love that video.
It also makes me glad I don't own one of those, but its fun to watch how quickly and efficiently those get built!
