I GIVE UP !!!!!!!

I had this great plan. wife is going to a class for a week, killer dog and
I would camp at this great little lake that has a dump site
and is close to town....

Drive went excellent, GMC was super and so was campground...
Sunday-- kicked out the wife and started working on the GMC (have along
list of little things to fix. Guy parks next to us who is a dumpster diver
and crushes cans all afternoon. sigh. He is going to live here for a
while. sigh.

Monday-- Holy somolly-- temp was going up hit about 90 in the afternoon.
Popped out the awnings to keep the sun off. Next new neighbor moved it,
He and wife are gone all day, leave the 5 kids to fend for them selves
while they go to work.. paramedic came to solve a bee sting problem for
them. Fight all day. Sigh.. GMC was great, everything worked and was not
too hot. Read the mail over Sprint when took wife to class.

Tuesday-- Sufferin Succotash-- 110 degrees in the GMC at noon !!!!--weather
report says getting hotter for the next two days !!!!, wife came home at 4
pm from class and said "this is not going to work". Turned on the Onan
(love that beast) and ran the air in the campground for 4 hours. (did
charge the battery tho) I replaced one wire---- too darn hot...Sadie the
dog voted for moving her tong reached all the way to the ground ( not that
far) Went looking for a campground, and found one with power --- moving
Wed.-another new neighbor today, druggie-- screaming and banging around
from 2am till 5 am with all sorts of foul language. Bad drug trip I
guess....I GIVE UP , I am going to town.

Wed... Ahhhhhhhhh aircond. Now my sprint phone works all day , can read
my mail when ever I want, cable TV, can fix dinner before 9PM, GMC working
great, Now we are parked in RV park vs camping....I love my GMC it does it
all. I think I will take a nap and start some of those GMC mods again in
comfort....I guess I had enough of the local color for a while.

Hahaha Funny story! :-) I know it wasn't that funny until you looked
back on it though.

Sounds like you've got it all worked out, Gene. I"ll try to learn from
your experience and go for the full hookups.

Yep was funny, no pain, just shows there are lots of people with lots of
problems in this world. Was really hot yesterday, moving was a good move.
30 year record heat !!!! Sadie the dog and I kept our heads down all day.

Did duane have any hints on your Onan ?? Might email him direct , he is one
of those. (digesters)

You could call him, he is very helpful.

Just back from a Classic's rally. Got a few suggestions there. One being
to try a little paper or very fine emery paper on the contacts of the
relays. Tried that...it didn't help. Also, it was suggested to blow out
behind the board in case there might be a short caused by moist dirt
between circuits. Just heard from Duane via personal email and will send
it to him if I can't find anything wrong on the back of the board when I
dismount it tomorrow.
