I do not like thiis company but....

Their brick and mortar stores are pretty good around the DFW area... At least the several I've visited in the area. They take the time to wire wheel
your brake rotors when mounting wheels, (which is usually not needed here in warm, dry Texas) torque lugs by hand with a torque wrench, and they price
match.

Also, if you have a flat tire, you can bring it in to them, and they will patch, not plug the tire for free... Even if you did not buy your tires
there.

I like Discount. They are professional, easy to deal with and have good a selection.

I'll be seeing them soon, so thanks for the coupon. :-)

I've always been impressed with their professionalism and service. Usually
a very clean, well organized store and shop.
They are usually busy so there might be a longer than usual wait. They
usually have the newest tires in stock and if not, can get whatever you
want in just a few days. Their equipment is new, state of the art. Never
had a wheel damaged by them. They'll usually do odd jobs for free, like
breaking an old tire off a rim for ya. I just can't find anything to gripe
about except for the occasional wait.

DISCOUNT TIRE

I used them in New Braunfels, TX for new shoes for my just purchased 76 ex Palm Beach (now called "The Money Pit"). Bought my XD Star wheels from them here in OKC and they remounted the "new" tires. I've bought several other sets of tires from them for other vehicles. Pretty much my "go-to" tire source.

If everyone liked Discount, there wouldn't be anyone else

Personally, I have an allergy to most tire companies....

Life is too short to hold a grudge; slash some tires and call it even !

Worse tire buying experience ever. I would never go back. Multiple things wrong and I spent 7 hours there just trying to get 4 new tires mounted on
4 GMC wheels. They dod nt have to even touch the coach. I had a prearranged appointment for 8AM and left at 3PM. After finished, I found out that
3 of the 4 tires new tires they supplied were 2 years old. Never again.

I have a friend who has a tire store. He bought it from his father in law
back in the early 60's. It used to be a two bay service station back in the
40's and 50's. They added a canopy out front and added some lifts under the
canopy. BOB'S OK TIRES. looks just like it did in the 60's. Floors covered
with rubber dust, his desk looks like Jim K's. Tire techs still wear the
outfits, largely unwashed. One unisex bathroom. Judy won't get any where
near it. Use your imagination.
But you need tires, they got 'em. If they don't have them in stock,
they can have them by 2:00!.

Discount Tire was founded in my hometown in 1960, and my dad was friends with one of the founders (I knew him as well). We were patrons of Store #1
for many years, until that location was moved. They used to fly a Lear jet out of the Ann Arbor Municipal Airport, the location of their corporate
headquarters before it was relocated to the Phoenix area. Never once had a problem with them, and they always had the best prices.

Jim K has a desk?! I thought that it was just a pile in the corner. I had no
idea that a desk was hiding under there. Haha!
