How can I service this bearing?

In my quest to find my mystery howling, I am just wondering if this can possibly be the culprit... If this is bad, how does this one get serviced?

Support bearing. If there were noise, it would be at wheel speed. More of a growl. 3 bolts I think 1/2 inch split the retainer bracket.
