A very pleasant and uneventfull (mechanically) trip if you don't count...
Exhaust gasket change
Curb brushing (still ticked off at myself for that one)
Car going in opposite direction doing a backfire or some such noise...
...just as you step on the gas heavily
and
Owl, or some other feathered creature taking out part of the grill in the
early morning hours.

Manny, thanks again for instigating the social break :-)

Stats: 1951 Miles, 40:36 minutes of engine time and 22.7 hours of GenSet
time.
273.451 gallons of Regular, 4 qts of synthetic (last added just a
hundred miles ago)
Fuel Low price: 1.399, high: 1.759

Well... on to the epoxy to attempt temporary grill repair.

Heinz,
Good Grief ! If you consider the trip you just reported on as uneventfull
(mechanically) I sure would hate to be with you on an eventfull outing
in your GMC !

Well, maybe it would be educational and I would go for that. I would have
enjoyed your curbside seminar on "Exhaust gasket change" that you gave some
of the other GMC folks the other day.
