Home at last

[peer oliver schmidt]

After a lot of discussions (and the addition of an insurance for
Europe), I was allowed to leave the harbour with my 23' - It is now at
its new home, and will cruise Europe on US plates for the next 6 month.

I am very happy, that everything did go through.
