There have been a couple answers to this, however this happened to me
just a couple weeks ago. Fix was very simple. I have 2 x 10 ramps
which I build per specs from some good person on this net, just
backed the coach on the ramps, crawled under and put my vice grip
pliars on the little plunger shaft, tapped the pliars lightly with
a little hammer and it opened right up. After draining I worked
the handle many times and it has stayed loose, no leak or problem.
Someone mentioned a lubricant you can put in the tank to help this
problem in the future, I don't remember what the product was. Think
sticky valves are probably due to non-use of the valve for a long
period of time, maybe should pull the valve every couple months.
