I replaced my relay with a Borg R-365 (looks and fits fine $15) to see if I
could get my high speed to work on my dash blower. Medium works fine but
high just shuts it off. Still no luck. Relay must be Ok and I'll have to
look elsewhere. Any thoughts? Just thought I'd pass along this cross
reference number before I forgot it.

The lugs where the wires connect for high speed are bad about getting
corroded. It's on the driver's side of the air box right inside the
eyebrow. Take it off and use some sandpaper or an emery board on the lugs.
It worked for me.
You might put a touch of di-electric grease on the lugs to prevent further
corrosion.

Mine has a 30amp circuit breaker that is only used to operate the fan when
its on high. When it fails, the fan works OK on lower speeds but
intermittently or not at all on high speed.

Bill,
I haven't had the air box off yet so I'm not sure what you meant about
the eyebrow part. I'll look at it again this weekend. I did check all the
fuses (pretty heavy duty amp wise) and they are all OK. Thought it might
even be something in the dash switch itself but I doubt it. Thanks for the
comments and I'll look at that area asap.

It's on the outside of the airbox! Right below and beside the brake master
cylinder.
