I am now been bit by the GMC,s and quietly looking for one for my next. Love the look and and how they are put together. What should I be looking at when looking at one of these?
Thanks Pete

I went from a pretty reliable 1993 Thor Class A, to a wrecked basket-case GMC. I'd do it again, the lower floor, lower clearance height, and cornering are something to behold. Check out Christo's guide, and welcome!

Credit goes to Mr. Gary Bovee for the excellent guide 🙂
Indeed! If only I'd read something like that instead of relying on two bad photos I'd have been more prepared for what was to come ...bought mine on blind faith and got "lucky" to some extent! :ROFLMAO:

just to restate that .."to some extent" !!

Love the old crate tho!

The journey IS the reward

It comes down to what's available

Typically, you will find them gutted and a bunch of new parts but SOMETIMES awesome deals come up

I can't remember what started me on the path to a GMC Motorhome but I think it was the GMC video on utube

For some reason I only wanted a 1973 Canyon Lands

I also want a 1970's BMW motorcycle, so...one down, one to go
