Henry Davis seat fastening washers

The foam that is referred to here ----- where can I get it in quantity
(like the factory used), not just a can at a time????

It was not foamed in it is furnished in sheets. You can buy the rigid foam
sheets at Home Depot. thermax etc. Contact glue a thin sheet of aluminum on
it. Its not going to be easy getting it between the rails from outside.
