My front brakes leak the MC down. So, off they come. Is it possible to get the upper caliper pin on the passenger side out without taking the upoper
ball joint loose and raising the upper control arm? So far I haven't been able to jack it to a position where this can be done. On the driver's
side, the upper pin barely came out, but had enough wiggle to lean and come out. Ideas befor I go find my ball joint fork? I DON'T wanna disassemble
it if I don't haveto.

A look at the drivers side caliper with torn seals, corroded piston etc. Tells me this side is likely no better. It was due for front brakes
anyhow.

Thank you, Mr H! Stupidity being its own best reward I haven't turned the wheel from sraight ahead. In that the driver's side ooooched out, I
probably had the wheels slightly t6o the right when I removed it. Sigh.

Hmmmm - one side of one disc wasn't really getting any pressure. It was due for new, might's well to do all of it. A week of soaking all fittings
with Magic Elixir has started. Rears were done three years ago to include shoes bearings seals, wheel cylinders. This will do the same for the
front. New valve to be installed. Maybe I can borry Zhookoff's Hupy Bleeder, and one - hand it.

The PO warmed the brakes nicely hauling himself, Ms. PO, and a closed trailer full of Harleys all around the Northern CA Rockies. Which I knew when I
got the coach, and made exception for. Replaced all of the back when I got home, and added the reaction arms. The fronts were sorta working so I've
let them be till now.

Added to the documented maintenance receipts that came with it, the running gear is all new within 5 years, front end bushings and sway bar, hubs
serviced, new torsion bars, etc. I have added new engine trans and cooling system and brakes, tyres and wheels. I think I can now use it confidently
while I update the interior. It all works, it looks used instead of new. 'cept the floor, it's gottra go. Carpet is ruinated with oil and pet
stains, etc. Vinyl runners at next use, but either a snap in hardwood or vinyl glued down. The hardwood floats. Ollie's Bargain Outlet sells the
stuff regularly in odd lots for cheap.

You get the fronts working 100%, and you will be shocked and amazed at how
well your coach will stop. The front brakes do about 70% of the stopping,
and those working with the reaction arms will really stop that sucker.

The 23' stopped nice. Same treatment excapt the valve. Added the reaction arms and it would stop sensibly, even with an unbraked toad.
This'n is capable of the same performance.
