Hi, guys, hope someone can give me some advice here, even if it's where to
look for advice...

I have an SOB still, though lookin for the "right" GMC, (my SOB is a GMC,
for what that's worth) and my heater core has started leaking.

It is based on a GMC one-ton van chassis with factory dash air. Looks like
the heater core is in the passenger compartment, with the nipples passing
through the firewall.

My question: is there an easy or less formidable way to remove the heater
core? It looks to me like I get to remove the dash panel, and I'm not
looking forward to it...

Thanks,

Travis

To be honest take it to a radiator shop. They do them all the time and
will have the correct parts. If you have never done one before you will
damage more pieces parts than it cost to have it done by a shop. Been
there, done that.
