Just got back from the hurricane impairs dog show in North Augusta - fortunately rain and people couldn't travel, nobody hurt.
Anyway, Phipps, Knezek, and Henderson are booked. Me, Billy Massey,George Zhookoff , and Bob & Sandra price have four of the five. In order of
interest, Ken Burton is next up for the fifth, then Lisenby, then Weiss in order if posting. Ken?

Count us in! We just reserved #571, I think we are across the road from most of you...this will be our longest drive (750 miles) and will probably
stop over the night before in Virginia. This is going to be awesome!

Excellent. I'll look forward to having another GMC family around. I don't think my kids have ever had GMC kids to play with. Lots of grandparent
stand-ins, but not too many kiddos. It's a beautiful area and a very nice campground, so you have that going for you as well as the eclipse.

Looking for Eclipse Safety Glasses on Amazon. It appears we can get bulk order in groups of 10. Any interest in getting them sooner than later?

Is it any truth to the rumor that The Crabs all have slightly elevated noses and speak in a think Virginia accent?
As a past denizen of Ballimer I'm familiar with the syndrome.
Yall come, the more the merrier.
One night will be Almost Famous chicken BBQ, we'll figure out the rest. Several sights to see and experience:

Helen, Ga. - Alpine village in the Georgia Alps.
Brasstown Bald - tallest place in Georgia
Appalachian Trail - Nothing to do for six months? Take a hike!
Highlands, NC - Wanna see how those folks in the Diesel pushers live? Have a look.

And plenty more. Note that if you don't bring your instrument and voice, I will select the tunes which play on site. These range from opera (Grand
March from Aida) to classical music (Purcll's Voluntary) to the Grevious Angel to ETC (Halfway Between Right and Wrong) Aaron Neville (The Granmd Tour
- some covers are bettern the original)) to Merilee Rush (Angel of the Morning - some aren't)

Dang...really want to go to this but did not get a positive response from any traveling companions. Would have to make the trip alone :( Of course,
the upside of that is leaving a rescue crew back here in Virginia and it's easier to sleep alone in the GMC  Already have the arc welding lenses
necessary for gazing, but due to recent internal pains and no healthcare I may not be on the surface 10 months from now, so I am dithering on whether
to make a reservation. Got relatives in Rincon and Canton, so maybe I could do a cruise through and check you guys out.

Already enrolled in the OB non-care insurance subsidy system Johnny, and not accepted due to Virginia's current statutes. Would cost me $10000.+ per
year(over 5K in premiums and a 5K deductible), and will get NOTHING in return, and I just don't have those kind of funds to give away, as I am out of
the workforce due to the salesmen that took over the auto repair business. So I must live for the day, each day, and just try to help others while I'm
here. If I get to the rally, I'll be sure to bring some Crown Apple to spread around my fellow GMCers that might like it. :) Don't drink much of it
myself, but it is fun to share it among friends on a cold day or night 8)

I'll order two thirty packs. Equals 60 pair. Cost will be about a buck each pair. Absolutely amazing the response from the GMC cult on this bit of
sun
Exercise. This will be the best No-Host rally yet.

Well, I wanna know where the frickin' sunshine people are. They ought to be more interested, after all the got a bigger investment in the sun than
the rest of us. No sunshine, no statesmen.

Terry, a bud does well wrenching in Roanoke, he calls me when the local GMC Motorhome owner brings his coach in for fixing. And I caught a lot of
flack for staying In for 22. It's beginning to pay off. You can make some loot though, and join us.

For anyone interested there is a GMC Eclipse related group on Facebook. I just posted our plans in a hope to interest a few more people before the CG
fills up. Group is run by John Albert. GMC Motorhome Total Eclipse 2017 is the name if you want to search on it.
