Help leaving list

Hello,

Sorry to take up the space with this, but during an HDD reformat I lost
the information on how to leave the list.

Going to be out of the country for a couple of months, and need to trim
the number of messages that flow into my mailbox every day.

If someone would forward the information to me personally, it would be
appreciated.
