Heat duct

Emery my 1976 palm beach had a duct running along side of the water tank to
the bath module. the tank had a chamfer in the bottom of the tank that just
fit the hose. My new tank did not have clearance enough to route the duct
so I terminated it.Will do something with it this summer.

Emery the original water tank had enough room to install the duct and the
water line between the hold down strap and the tank. the new tank did not
although they look identical.

maybe everyone is forgetting something. the tank is supposed to sit on a
1/2 or 5/8" plywood pad under the tank that raises it up. thats how I got to
replace my rear floor. the pad was rotted and when removing it found more
and more rot. Over the years that tank had leaked and no one had ever fixed it.
