Head lights?

Wow, As an old hotrodder, I personally don't care whether they are DOT approved or not. I've done my share of non-legal "improvements" over the years.
However, there are some that do care and they should be made aware of it. I see this like the shoulder belt discussions. Some do - some don't, some
will - some won't. But, everyone should have all the information available.

I'm not sure anyone cares here, except in states where they still roll up
an aiming device and expect that needle to swing over in the green for
vehicles equipped with standard sealed beam headlights. Texas used to be
that way, but not for many years.

Good point. Its pretty flat around here.
