Thank you Jim.. as usual you are right on.. the state had sent me a form letter saying my medical certificate was about to expire but I could sign a
waiver to keep my CDL if I was not driving comercially. Since I still own a big truck I opted to sign the waiver to keep my CDL. Well the DL office
could not find any record of any waiver and said only waiver available was for government employees. OK I draw a government check every month.. but
nooo... so I had to downgrade license. Now I get to go to tag office and apply for an antique tag for the KW so it won't be considered a commercial
vehicle.
