While I had the grill out ..................snip

This reminds me. For those of you who have a need to remove your grill
occasionally, I have mine mounted to the radiator frame with 4 springs. I
can have my grill out and back in in a minute.

I guess you drill four holes in the grill with a inside diameter slighter
larger than the spring outside diameter. I suggest you put the holes in
the corners.

Then drill four holes in the radiator frame, 2 on each side, one at the
top and one at the bottom. These holes should allow a fairlly straight
line from grill to frame so the springs don't get tangled up in anything.

The springs should be long enough to reach but short enough to maintain
tension.( How am I doing so far?) I usually attache the springs to the
grill first, lift the grill to the opening and hold it in place while I
start hooking the springs in place.

Works for me, but you may want to innovate your own design, arrangement,
etc.,.
