I heard this afternoon that Clinton has issued an executive order, with
concurrence from DOD, to turn off GPS DOP(Dilution of Precision) at
midnight tonight. This will instantly make all off-the-shelf GPS
receivers 10 times more accurate. One last vestige of the Cold War
falls.
