Got an awning!

Yah that a totaly different style of awning but it gives me an idea of the type of bends required for the gmc...thank you for doing this, much appreciated!

Well step one i guess....lol...its on....now for brackets, arms mounts etc. Slow going as i had to hit the road last week for work.

I have used rivets on the awnin. Certain one.

closed
End. Steel mandril.

pop those in with a air rivet gun. They are not going to leak.

install them
Every 8”

Getting there slowly thanks to the rain.....no matter what this has to be finished by tomorrow night as we need the coach for the GMC Heritage Cruisers get Rally starting on friday.......

Thanks for the info.....i used screws as per the Zip Dee instructions but i also used SikaFlex 221 to bond the strip on as well.....its never coming off again unless you use a razor knife and a prybar.....lol.

Well its on....needs a couple tweeks but it works and looks good....lol.

I have extra fabric inserts (used but good) for ZipDee chairs that match your awning. PM me if you can use them.
