Manny is a man of few words----

He has not even told you yet how two weeks ago I went down to watch him
install his HEI dist. when we were done he said "You lean over and advance
the dist. while I get up here and try to start it." When he hit the key, a
four foot shaft of flame shot up and I said "Holy S-----." (I used to have
long eye lashes)

I looked up at him and he had a sly grin on his face and all he said was
"hee hee, hee, advance it a little more and we will try again"

OK guys,

Manny's being more than just a little modest here. The slide out is just
plain impressive in person. Beyond that, just stop to think what kind of
guts it took to grab a Sawsall and rip into the side of his GMC.

The amount of room that the slide out opens up is really nice. Manny's set
up a sofa inside the slide out that serves as a bed. But - he'll need to
tell all on this one.

Oh, maybe he'll tell us about designing new ribs with the same curve as the
originals to go in the walls. Or maybe exactly how he got a single gas tank
of 50 gallons moved so the slide out will work. Take a real close look at
the slide out. Anybody remember where the major fore-aft wire bundle for
the GMC runs???? How about why Manny added the driver's door?

Have you EVER asked a retrofit house what they would charge to do a slide
out on the GMC? The few I asked refused to even talk about a slide out on a
curved side RV.

Believe me Manny's slide out is even more impressive in person when you
start looking at all of the details he had to deal with.

GREAT JOB Manny
