I think the earlier GMCs may have had a battery for starting the Onan. I =
can't help you on that. But I did move my house battery and use two golf
cart =
batteries up front. All 3 batteries, 2 golf cart, and engine battery are
side =
by side. I didn't have to move the engine battery from its original =
position. There was room for a made to order battery rack for the golf ca=
rt
batteries. Tight fit, but works.

or an existing part? I saw an earlier reference to making a battery tray =
of
aluminum (Don Miller, 75 Glennbrook) to replace the existing tray. I'm
pretty =
sure I have the space if I add to (or replace) the existing battery tray,=
but before
I do that, I'm checking into my options. =
