Troops.....Read the article in the Good Sam "Highways" on page 17 that
equates GMC's with old school busses. If this is the way the system works,
then these campground operators should have to list these facts with FMCA
and also in the "Trailer Life Campground Guide'. What do you
think?........Jim Davis on the Oregon Coast where the sun is coming up on a

Looks like I've missed the whole day's mail up till now. My isp must be
having trouble again.

http://www.goodsamclub.com/highways/index.html is the Good Sam Highways
web site. It's organized by articles with no page numbers though. What
article was that GMC slur in?

Thanks Bill,

I think the online version is different from the print version. The
online version seems pretty generic and intended to get you to
join/subscribe.

I don't yet know what it is, that was said, but I don't like the sound of
it so far. I don't think we should let age restrictions go unchallenged,
if that was involved.

Sounds like the real editor at Trailer Life who is the publisher really,
may have been on vacation on this issue, if we are likened to old school
buses. We need a Cliff Notes version of the article, and then we can
communicate our thoughts to the editorial staff at the following
addresses and phone numbers:

Lets not forget that GMC made many more busses than motorhomes and that
there are lots of GMC bus conversions on the road. They may be using the
term GMC to refer to bus conversions....

Hey!HeyHey!
I have a friend who drives a Prevost and pulls a Seville.
Very nice guy, He loves my GMC. Said he drove one in 73
when they came out! Everyone cuts down my "Orange Pumpkin"
but he sticks up for it...Says its the best MH ever built...
I agree...Still dreaming about owning a prevost though.
