I seem to be having a bit of problem with this publication also. Ordered
subscription in July which began in August. Aug & Sep issues came fine.
Included in the check and instructions I requested the Jul issue as well.
So far, two emails to them, no replies. Last email, I enclosed a copy of
the check as well. Still nothing from them.

Is this common with this pub?

My experiences with them have all been favorable. E-mail has been responded
too, my "Postal shredded" July issue was promptly replaced (free), and all
back issues have been received as ordered. No complaints here!
