Having served on the GMC MI board for few terms, I can tell you that once
you see what the criteria is , the amount of support expected from the
region,etc it gets very avious as to why Western part of US does not make
sense.
You'll see what I am saying when International comes to Arizona.
It takes several ingredients to arrange a convention, and Western area does
not want to try hard to work to make it happen.
