Reported on Facebook and by a phone call from another GMCer personal call
this morning.
At about 3:45 this morning near Exit 9, I-81 S, Hagerstown, MD. GMCer,
(Mike something and his dog) stalled and beside the road. Started back up
but soon stalled again. He has been educated on the Black List now but
knows nothing about the community. It's been 6 hours so don't know current
status. I have no contact info for him.
