It is possible but it seems to me Midas was a separate finsher. It is
hard to tell from the production sequence since it appears transmodes
were sold off the line one or two at a time to each finisher. In other
words the coach before yours is a Norris and the one after is a Coachmen
(Birchaven model).
I'll have to research my notes. I am in process of trying to put together
a story about each of the many refinishers of GMC Transmodes but I have
been so busy my files are in a chaotic state.
Does anyone have any original Midas or Norris brochures or sales
literature they would be willing to scan or loan me? I was just looking
at a combo Crestmont/Birchaven brochure I am going to scan to Patrick for
the web site. It is a GM brochure with the two transmode models side by
side with color interiors and floor plans.
