Make no mistake, this is no 'dumping job' ! I have owned this GMC since
1996 and over the years have designed and built this machine for long haul
full time winter usage in New Mexico. Antigonish, Nova Scotia to Las
Cruces, New Mexico was it's usual trip..sometimes via Washington and
California, and sometimes via Key West and Tampa. Always a safe and
problem free return for maintenance and summer travel to Ontario or just
around NS .

On July 16, 2018 I had a life altering head and neck cancer surgery. I am
no longer a wrench turner and won't be in the future. It is with extreme
regret than I will be soon listing my 1977 Kingsley GMC and spare parts
etc.for sale !

I am so sorry to hear of your medical problems. I have really enjoyed communicating with you over the years.

I had hoped to take my GMC to Nova Scotia and visit with you. I may still do that.

My best for your future.

Michael B.:
Sounds like a very nice and well maintained coach! I will be interested in your Pic’s and the price. I am not in the market as I currently am down to 3 of them, but as an avid GMCer and Pres. of the GMC 6 Wheelers, I often direct wanna be’s to what I think is the rite coach for them.
Soo, let me know as you get it all pulled together!
And what about your Eleganza II - will you be selling it also?
Mike/The Corvair a holic
And what do I get out of this - well not being a mechanic and having used the black list a couple of times in my cross country adventures - this is my way of giving back to the community!

Mike,

Terribly sorry to hear of your health problems -- this is the first I've
heard of them. I hope you'll get better quickly and be able to eventually
return to GMCing.

In the meantime, don't abandon us here; I always enjoy your posts.

Best of Luck,

Ken H.

Mike,
So sorry to hear about the medical issues.sounds like your fairing pretty good tho.
I hope your not downsizing to a Honda Trail 70 and bugging out to Newfieville, if you did, I would be jealous!! I've always liked the 70's...
Take care of your self,
Scott

Mike, sorry to hear of your health issues. It's kind of scary that that sort of thing could strike any one of us down at any time.

I'm sure your GMC will be a great buy for someone. Although I hate to see you get rid of it, it is probably the right thing to do. Echoing Ken's
comment, I hope you return to good enough health to return to GMCing soon.

Sorry to hear about your health issues, Mike.

We have fond, warm memories of our visit with you and Lorraine in Nova
Scotia. Thank you for your welcome to your home, directing us to an oil
change facility and a friendly visit over lunch.

Prayers for you and your family.

Mike, talk about circumstances of fate. Cancer is a friend to no one, and
the great equalizer. It strikes young and old, good and bad, rich and poor.
